Matt was so kind on the phone when I called to ensure my Bailey was picked up. He explained the sweet necklace that I ordered in detail and created a special paw print. He shared a personal story which really helped me. He then offered to bring Bailey home within the hour. I was so touched. Then, Michelle called and shared stories with me, let me cry and share my story. Yes, I believe they did their job well but what matters the most is they cared for Bailey and I when we needed it the most. Thank you
