Absolute respect and dignity just as stated.
Im crying as I type these words so I will get straight to the point. We just lost our pitbull Bella at 11 1/2 on April 20th 2016, We just found out she had liver cancer and spread aggressively to to lungs.. we lost her 11 days later. She passed away here at home at 11pm. We called the vet at 9 am and they said insted of the trauma of bringing Bella to vet ourselves to call and they will come pick her up. That in itself was a major relief, when the gentleman showed up within an hour in his van he was very soft, warm caring and understanding. My other pitbull didn’t even bark at him! She took to him as if she’d known him forever!.. (I knew our Bella was in good loving hands!) He respectfully picked up Bella and placed her gently in his van and and literally almost 24 hours later another loving gentleman brought our baby home to us at our door. Although the devastation of losing our baby was a traumatic experience, I have a massive amount of respect for the ladies and gentleman who work for this company. We couldn’t of had a better experience. Thank you all, thank you for who you are and the pure love, respect and compassion you all have for our animals. I am eternally grateful.
