Max you were a trooper till the end. Pho-Toe. A broken leg, torn ACL, a BB in your back, missing a toe – yet you never showed it. You were amazing and I love you and miss you terribly. Rest in peace my good friend and keep your spirit with me always.

    As we have discussed, many people say that their dog was "the best ever" I can honestly, Max was the best dog EVER! The ONLY flaw Max had was he did not like storms or fireworks . . .oh and squirrels . .he didn't like them so much . . however, both of these things are very common. Max had the best temperament, he NEVER barked, unless I made him to get his treats, he was beautiful and most of all, he loved unconditionally!! He loved you very much. Even MORE than you could love him! He was your room mate, your companion and never told a soul any of your secrets <3 so it is rough for you I know, that is a love one never wants to lose. . I loved him so much and it kills me inside that "I" had to make that decision however, it was the best decision for him . .just not for you or me :( Rest in Peace Maxi-Poo-Poo AKA My Poopers <3 <3 <3

    Max was a gentle soul. I loved Max. Such a good boy. He will really be missed. About the only comfort is that he's not in any pain and he can be with you, Tim, all the time.
