I wanted to share with others the gratitude we have for Faithful Companion. Their professionalism and sincerity pours out of all their correspondence, whether it is their well written brochure that is returned with the pet (in our case, it was our Baby Buffy), the packaging, or the sympathy card that is written by the Staff. Although our family did not have direct contact with Faithful Companion after the passing of our 18 year Cocker, we still felt the compassion from them. I emailed them last night to thank them for the fast return of our “girl”, not expecting a quick reply. Within ½ hour we received a personal message from Jason Santeiu. We are still hurting badly, and this may seem strange to some, and it is hard explain, but your Company has some how helped us a bit through this loss. I highly recommend them, should their services be needed for those reading these testimonials. And, I hope it is later, then sooner.
