My dog Dakota—also known as “OMD…for OLD MAN DAKOTA” was 18 years old….after speaking with Tom I knew that he would be treated with respect and kindness–I could feel Tom’s compassion through the phone!!! . Ty Tom and your expert team on your incredible service. It was one less thing my broken heart had to worry about…it brought me comfort knowing he would be treated with respect…something he deserved. Poor “OMD” had a really rough life before I adopted him at 15 and 1/2..I tried to make up for that the past years and you helped with that at his end of life with your kindness and understanding!!!!!!

I have 3 other dogs and I hope I don’t have to see you for a VERY LONG time but when the time comes for my other fur balbies I can assure you I will not be going anywhere else!!! I can’t thank you enough for your kindness!!!!! Feeling at peace the way I do is because of you so again from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!!!!!
