K9 Storm

K9 Storm was a retired K9 with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office in Dayton, Ohio. On January 2, 2015, he was humanly euthanized due to his deteriorating health, as a result of his progressing degenerative myelopathy. K9 Storm served the citizens of Montgomery County with unbridled enthusiam and lived a full and productive life for over sixteen years.

He will be greatly missed by his former handler, retired deputy Shawn Baab and his family. Storm was more than a working dog, he was a family dog, protector, and most of all a friend.

Storm you were such a good boy! You were always there for me and my family when we needed you. I will see you again at the rainbow bridge some day. Thank you for all you did! There was no doubt that you would of given your life for mine...... Love you boy!

Oh Stormy, I am missing you so much, the house is lonely without you in it 'standing guard'. You can run and jump once again now that you're over the Rainbow bridge, no more suffering for you. I know you are watching over us even now because that's just what a good dog you are. Love you Storm
