Benjamin (Ben)Royal Oak, MIBen was born May 30, 2003 and we brought him home that summer. Not only did he love hunting with his dad, he was a natural and an excellent retriever who could ride in a canoe better than some humans! He was so smart and well-behaved, and even those who are not "dog people" loved him. Ben was truly an exceptional dog, and we are grateful that we were lucky enough to be his family, and that he lived a long and healthy life.
MimiNaples, FLMimi came into my life about 12 years ago on Oct 15. She was homeless and wandering the streets, after being used for breeding. She was such a blessing to have, and was loved by so many. Mimi has undoubtedly made everyone love and remember her for her charm and sass. Mimi passed away unexpectedly in her sleep, on my wedding day while vacationing in Marco Island. As much as I loved her and it pains that she is gone. I know she's being very well taken care of by my mom whoFluffyRoyal Oak, MIThis is the obituary text.
